Each year the Pittsburg, Kansas Downtown Advisory Board purchases 500 tote bags to be distributed at public events such as art walk. They reached out to local graphic designers for up to three entries to be voted upon by the board. After voting this design was chosen then printed by Sonder & Co.

In this design, I decided to try a style of illustration that is outside of my typical work. I drew each piece by hand to give it a more playful, unique, and illustrated look. By highlighting a variety of defining images from every piece of Pittsburg, my design was appealing to every member of the community.
